What happens after I pay?

After checkout, your portal link is on its way. From there, your portal walks you through a short intake. Your voice, your audience, your offers, what you would never post. A real person on our US-based team reads every answer and builds your first month of content around it. The human part is the whole point. The AI just helps us keep it affordable.

Your first posts begin within 5 days of completing your onboarding form. The form is what starts everything, so the sooner it is back to us, the sooner you are live. Nothing goes live without your approval.

When am I billed, and when do posts go out?

You are billed on your signup date each month. Sign up on the 14th, you are billed the 14th. A day or two later, your next round of posts lands in the portal to review. SOS always works a month ahead: the posts you approve now are the ones that carry your feed through your next cycle. That offset is on purpose. It is what keeps posts going live without a gap, every month, no scramble.

What is the difference between the $202 and $505 plans?

The $202 plan includes 10 static posts plus 1 video or carousel a month. The $505 plan includes 10 static posts plus 5 video or carousel posts a month. Both plans support unlimited social channels. You can connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile. The workflow, approval calendar, and human review are identical on both. You can move between plans at the start of any new billing month.

What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?

SOS posts to your existing Google Business Profile on both plans. We do not set up new GBPs from scratch. If you do not have one yet, Google's own free setup tool is the fastest way to create one. Usually 10 to 15 minutes if you have your business details ready. Once it is live, connect it to us and we will start posting.

How do you stay up to date with my business each month?

A short monthly check-in through your portal. What is happening this month? New promo? New photos? A holiday or event? Something you want us to avoid? You tell us, in writing, whenever it suits you. We build around it. No meeting required, and you stay fully in the loop.

How does approval work?

Each month you get a link to your content calendar. It opens in any browser, no login needed. You scroll through every post, tap approve, or flag one for revision. One revision per post. You have 5 business days to review. Anything you do not flag posts on schedule as sent.

Do I get to see how the posts perform?

Yes. Each month you get a performance report through your portal. Reach, engagement, and how your posts did. It is the numbers, in plain language, so you can see the work landing without logging into a dashboard or reading a spreadsheet.

What if I do not like a post?

Flag it in the calendar within your 5-business-day review window and we revise it. If something is consistently not landing, we adjust the content direction for future posts too.

What does SOS Site include?

A custom one-page website, designed around your brand and built for your customers. We deliver in 7 days. The site is mobile-optimized, fast, and built to be found by Google and AI search engines. One year of hosting and one professional email address (you@yourdomain) are included with us. Year 2 hosting and email renew at $99/year.

How do I reach you?

Everything runs through your portal. Questions, revisions, your monthly check-in. Message us anytime and a real person on our US-based team responds within one business day. We do not do scheduled calls or meetings, and that is deliberate: it is what keeps the price where it is and your time your own. The portal keeps a written record too, so nothing gets lost the way it does on a call.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Month to month. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If it is not working for you, it is not working for you.
